Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Days All orders are processed and shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders must be placed before 12PM EST on a shipping day to go out that day. Orders placed after 12PM or on non-shipping days will ship on the next available shipping day.

Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped via USPS within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery Times Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days after fulfillment depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages Love Maia is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is lost in transit please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
